This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to instruct the second respondent herein not to interfere with the civil dispute and further direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in respect of civil disputes. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents may be directed not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the private respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent against the petitioner, CSR No. 326/2022 has been assigned and the same is under investigation. 2/4
