This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from evicting the Community Leader Memorial Board in Survey No.570/1, 570/2 situated at Perunkottur Village and Post, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. It is seen that the authorities are taking action pursuant to the orders of the Election Commission of India in view of the ensuing election to the Tamil Nadu State Assembly. Hence, the direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this juncture.
