ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3.The private respondents succeeded before the Tahsildar originally. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner moved the second respondent. The second respondent vide order dated 26.10.2015 set aside the order passed by the Tahsildar and remanded the mater.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that for the last several years, the 3rd respondent has not concluded the enquiry and taken the matter to its logical conclusion. The grievance of the petitioner is well-founded.

5. I therefore direct the third respondent to conclude enquiry and pass final order after notice to all the interested persons within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
