Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to disburse the entire service benefits of the petitioner's deceased son T.Ramesh to the petitioner, based on his representation dated 24.2.2019 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

The order of this Court dated 10.12.2019 passed in W.P.(MD). No.26219 of 2019, was a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2019, within a stipulated time. Alleging the disobedience of the order, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.Today, when the matter was called, Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, produced a copy of the order dated 16.03.2020, in No.H4/45521/56/2018, passed by the respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation.
3.The petitioner has also been served a copy of the aforesaid order and the receipt of the same by the petitioner is also noticed in the above order. Hence, it cannot be termed as disobedience of the order.
