The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to disburse all the retirement benefits and other payments payable to the petitioner's son, who had passed away while working as a Noon Meal Organiser.

2.A perusal of the counter indicates that so far the petitioner has not produced the legal heirs certificate for processing the retirement benefits. 3.In view of the above said facts, as and when the petitioner produces the legal heir certificate, the respondent authority is directed to proceed further in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of legal heir certificate. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
