CRIME NO. 16 OF 2021. ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 10169 of 2022, Dated. 17.06.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10169 of 2022 on 17.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.9809 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10169 of 2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, ie., on every Monday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
