This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to prepare temporary panel for the post of B.T. Assistant [Maths] including the petitioner's name and promote the petitioner as B.T. Assistant [Maths] in Panchayat Union School, Ambalaseri, Alwarthirunagari Union, Thoothukudi District. 2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

W.P.(MD)No.18522 of 2019 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that, the petitioner shall forward a copy of the representation along with the copy of this order passed by this Court to the second respondent, to enable him to comply with the directions of this Court, within the stipulated period. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
