F.No.DRI/CZU/TRY/VII/48/ENQ-01/INT-01/2021 ..Respondent/Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No. 11945 of 2021 dated 01.09.2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYAKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11945 of 2021, dated 01.09.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
