O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.367 of 2021 dated 02.08.2021 on the file of the respondent police within the timeframe stipulated by this Court. 2.The case has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.367 of 2021 dated 02.08.2021 based upon the direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on 25.01.2021.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within a short time investigation will be completed and final report will be filed.

4.Considering the offences alleged against the petitioner and in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the concerned Court, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry.
