No.14922 of 2022 2.By order, dated 22/08/2022, this court directed the Additional District and Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of PCR Act cases, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the case in SC No.27 of 2021 pending on its file, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge seeks further time to dispose of the above said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of PCR Act cases, Thoothukudi, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted. The learned Additional District and Sessions V Additional District and Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of PCR Act cases, Thoothukudi, is directed to comply with the directions of this court without any further delay.
