ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.71,60,398/- for the work done by the petitioner in Thiruvadanai Panchayat Union, for which, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 10.04.2025 to the first respondent.
2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 to 7 would submit that the petitioner has not completed the work and therefore, there is no question of making any payments. He has submitted the photographs of the site to that effect.
3. Court is unable to pass Judgment on the same as there is no scope for enquiry in this Writ Petition. However, there can be no impediment in directing fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2025 for payment of the aforesaid amount within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Hence, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2025 and dispose the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/6
