O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned IIIAdditional District and Sessions Judge/PCR Court, Madurai, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the date of surrender in connection with Crime No.375 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.375 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Sections 3(l)(r), 3(l)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

3. Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the petitioner has three previous cases in Crime Nos.224 of 2018, 487 of 2014 and 175 of 2021.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of three previous cases, 2 cases have been disposed of and one case is pending.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as discretionary relief cannot be granted.
