This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.3208 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai, thereby dismissing the complaint filed for direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

Crl.R.C(MD)No.721 of 2021 3.On a perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, it is seen that there are property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 5 herein. Therefore, the learned Magistrate rightly dismissed the complaint and directed the petitioner to approach the civil Court in the manner known to law, if she is so advised. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
