Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside and recall the order of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court no.I, Padmanabhapuram (FAC) made in Cr.M.P.No.2244 of 2019 in M.C. No.4 of 2018 dated 11/12/2019.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the directions given by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3967 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order copy was made ready on 19.03.2020 and he received the same on the same day. Hence, he could not comply with the directions given by this Court. Therefore, he seeks further time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.7386 of 2020 3.The petitioner ought to have paid a sum of Rs.32,000/- as on 03.03.2020. Now the arrears come to tune of Rs.1,06,000/-. The petitioner shall appear before the Court below on or before 06.01.2021 and produce a demand draft favouring the respondent for the said sum of Rs.1,06,000/-, for which, the warrant was issued. On such production, the Court below is directed to recall the same. If the petitioner fails to comply with the direction now given, the Court below can execute the warrant.

4.With these directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
