Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, by calling for the records, pertaining the Impugned Order passed by the 1st Respondent in PGA No.4 of 2012 dated 24.07.2013 conforming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in PG No.115 of 2011 dated 08.09.2011 and quash the same.
