For Respondent : Mrs.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.324/2018 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.104 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 427, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.104 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
