This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary Police Protection to perform the Cultural programme (ie.) "Adal Padal" Dance Programme on 01.09.2019 at 07.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Vinayagar, Sri Devi, Sri Poodevi, Azhagiya Perumal, Sri Sakthi Maariyamman Thirukovil, at Aalambadi Metur Village, Lalkudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

2 W.P.(MD)No.18529 of 2019 respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Police has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the "Aadal Padal" program.

3.Recording the above said submission, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. No costs.
