The petitioner has filed this petition with a grievance that the respondent police have not taken action on his complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed as civil in nature.
3.Recording the above submission this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
