ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to entrust the custody of the petitioner's Bajaj 3 wheeler Auto Rickshaw vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 72 BB 5433 pending confiscation proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/ADC/PEW/Tin-C/20-16 dated 14.03.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the first respondent has completed the confiscation proceedings by order dated 23.03.2016 and the market value of the property only has to be determined with the help of the Assistant Engineer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
