ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021, and also to take appropriate action on the same forthwith.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is kept pending and if the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer further action will taken.

3.Even though a writ of Mandamus in such a nature will not lie, since the complaint is kept pending before the second respondent and an undertaking is given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry.
