Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 14942/ 2022 :
Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District in Cr.MP.No.371 of 2019 in STC.No.341 of 2017 vide order dated.05.03.2019 and consequently direct the aforesaid learned Judicial Magistrate to permit the petitioner to cross examine the respondent/complainant in connection with the said case.
Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 14944/ 2022 :
To set aside the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Padmanabapuram,Kanyakumari District in Cr.MP.No.8815 of 2021 in STC.No.341 of 2017 vide order dated 04.07.2022 and consequently direct the aforesaid learned Judicial Magistrate to permit the petitioner to cross examine the respondent/complainant in connection with the said case.
