Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.A4/3995/AP-06/2015 dated 14.12.2015 and impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.F1/PR 60/2014 dated 06.03.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to pay all the attendant and monetary benefits to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.
