O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiyam, Thiruchirappalli District, to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.365 of 2022, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the defendants in the suit filed by the respondent seeking for permanent injunction in O.S.No.356 of 2022, on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiyam, Thiruchirappalli Distric and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiyam, Thiruchirappalli District, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.356 of 2022, within a period of one [1] year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
