2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation is in brisk stage and all the accused are still absconding and the respondent Police will complete the investigation within a period of eight weeks.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
