This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.95 of 2024, as against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 379 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2/4

3.Since the respondent Police has registered a case as against the petitioner in Crime No.95 of 2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
