Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent no.2 to disburse the monetary benefits such as annual increments from 24.06.2015, 7th Pay Commission Revision along with arrears and other consequential benefits to the Petitioner by implementing the Order passed by the Respondent No.1 in Mu.Mu.No. 2840643/2024/A2 dated 05.02.2025.

The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to disburse the monetary benefits such as annual increments from 24.06.2015, 7th Pay Commission Revision along with arrears and other consequential benefits to the petitioner by implementing the order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No. 2840643/2024/A2 dated 05.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2024, in the light of the order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No.2840643/2024/A2, dated 05.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/4

Considering the limited prayer now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2024, in the light of the order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No.2840643/2024/A2, dated 05.02.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
