2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. In this case charge sheet was filed before the concerned trial Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.3205 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1963 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
