ORDER

The petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeals filed on 19.12.2015 against the order of the second respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H2 in P.R.No.53/15 and 52/15 dated 27.10.15 by giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioners that as against the punishment imposed by the authorities concerned, the petitioners preferred appeals dated 19.12.2015 before the first respondent which are still pending. Hence, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petition.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeals filed by the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
