Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to send certificate that no charges are pending against the petitioner and also send bills for payment of Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, encashment of Earned Leave and Unearned Leave on Private Affairs to the 3rd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to disburse all the terminal benefits within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.
