ORDER

The petitioner who was issued with the charge memo and thereafter proceeded with the enquiry has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.448, dated 03.12.2013 before the date of superannuation.

2.As stated in paragraph 5 of the affidavit that on 05.02.2015, a notice was served on the petitioner to appear before the authorities for an enquiry to be held on 20.02.2015. It is also stated that the enquiry was completed in all respects and only a report has to be filed by the authorities to complete the disciplinary proceedings which is pending from March 2015. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the abvoe writ petition.

disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.448, dated 03.12.2013, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
