*********** The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.10.2015 and 25.05.2015 and consequently, permit her as Computer Operator in the first respondent society.

2. Heard the both sides.

3. Before going into the facts of the case, a perusal of the typed-set of papers would go to show that the first respondent, by notice dated 06.05.2015, informed the petitioner that an order terminating her services will be passed with effect from 31.05.2015 and she should not attend the office from 01.06.2015. The petitioner, without challenging the said notice, has filed the present Writ Petition in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus.

4. In such view of the matter, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition cannot be considered and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
