This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the respondents Nos.5 to 9 by considering his representation dated 09.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the official respondents.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15239 of 2020 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report in Crime No.137 of 2020 has been registered, against 3 accused persons, under Sections 294 (b), 506(i) IPC, on 15.12.2020.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
