This Writ Petition has been filed for Certiorari, to quash the impugned order, dated 06.06.2023.

2. At the time of admission, this court has recorded that the respondents have erroneously included an amount of Rs.6,06,85,412/-, when the petitioner has filed stated in the return as NIL.

3. The respondents have taken the said fact into consideration and has passed rectification order and deleted the said entry. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition was already considered by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication.
