ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's provisional pension of Rs.9,625/- with allowance, provisional (anticipatory) gratuity at 80% of Rs.5,16,639/- and unearned leave on private affairs for 90 days as admissible on the basis of his representation dated 14.03.2016.

3.It is submitted that since no final order has been passed even after a lapse of eight months from the date of suspension of the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 14.03.2016 seeking to pay his retirement benefits. Since the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
