Hence, they seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.12165 of 2019 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. However, the first petitioner alone shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the first petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the first petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the first petitioner to move this Court for the relief.

4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as far as first petitioner is concerned. It stands closed for the other petitioners.
