Respondent / Respondent Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition Para 4(c) imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.11808 of 2023 dt.30.6.2023. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.11808 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six weeks and 1/3

thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the life threat made through whatsapp message, that was alleged to have been sent by the defacto complainant party, modification is requested. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet is also made ready and it will be presented before the trial Court.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, condition imposed upon him is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week (i.e.,) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the further condition period is completed. The other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
