O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 28.09.2021 passed by the second respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that in the impugned order, nothing was stated by the second respondent but on the other hand, considering the request made by the writ petitioner for granting time to submit the documents, time was granted till 05.10.2021. The order granting extension of time is impugned in the present writ petition.

3. Admittedly, the first respondent or second respondent has not passed any order, but they have only sent reply to the extension application made by the writ petitioner seeking time extension.

4. Since the second respondent has granted time till 05.10.2021 and the petition is pending for the past four years, the writ petitioner is directed to produce the documents before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 01.07.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No csm 3/4
