Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MOHAN GANDHI.S.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10625 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023, in which, this Court has 1/3

directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30AM, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since he is having permanent resident at Pallavaram, prays to modify the condition to Pallavaram Police Station.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that till date, the petitioner has not complied condition. It is a case of kidnapping. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner has to comply the condition atleast for a period of one month, thereafter, only the petition seeking modification can be considered.
