ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to release the petitioner(L.C.7647) from the third respondent prison on premature release, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 strictly in accordance with law and take a decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
