Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.11891 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioners to execute two sureties each and report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30p.m, for a period of two weeks.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the family members and the first petitioner is working in College. Hence, seeking modification filed this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners, the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11891 of 2023 are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute two common sureties and the first petitioner alone is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, ie., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered. sd/- 24/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
