Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9288 of 2022 on 21.07.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, on 27.07.2022. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9288 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.9929 of 2022 of 2022 on 21.07.2022 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
