ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the private respondents have un- authorizedly entered into his properties and has occupied his properties, has lodged a complaint before the second respondent Police and filed this petition seeking Police protection. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that it is purely a civil dispute and the petitioner is not having any orders of the civil Court and therefore, they are not in a position to interfere in the civil dispute. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed on 07.07.2025. 2/4

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
