ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 22.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders for the re-fixation of the pay by taking the services of the petitioner in the second respondent institution with effect from 12.03.1992 including the grant of selection grade annual increment and all the other particulars and pay the difference between the re-fixation of the pay of the petitioner and the payments already made to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.S.Sadeskumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, he has submitted representation dated 22.01.2016 to the respondents to fix his pay scale with effect from 12.03.1992 ie., from the date of his initial appointment. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
