ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Police protection for his life and limb, based on the complaint dated 24.06.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the petitioner's complaint, they have initiated a petition enquiry in CSR.No.418 of 2025 and after enquiry, the same was closed, since already a civil suit is pending between the parties in O.S.No.52 of 2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
