This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.135 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) IPC. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet made ready on 22.01.2020.
