This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner sent the said representation through post. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 06.08.2022, on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
