ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.1749 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry it was found that a Civil Suit in O.S.No. 124 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Uthamapalayam is pending between the parties. 2.Since, the Civil dispute is pending between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Forum for his remedy.

3. With such liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
