O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2022 and take appropriate action within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Treasurer of Arulmighu Kathayee Amman Temple and the third respondent and others had colluded themselves and looted the Temple jewels. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 05.08.2022, however, no action was taken. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
