Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAIMUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11817 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial crisis, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
