ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situated in S.F.Nos.537/8, 537/9, 537/10, 537/11, 537/12, 537/12, 537/13 and 537/14 at Antharappatti, Punavasipatti, Chinthalavadi Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, by considering her on-line representation, dated 13.06.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Devasena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that she had purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 03.07.2017. Patta for the subject property issued in her name in patta No.4152. The petitioner submitted on-line applications on 15.05.2025 and 11.06.2025 in application No.2025/0123/14/004255 and No.2025/0123/14/004485. The said applications have not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner, dated 15.05.2025 and 11.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
